Western Governments are quietly signing ‘Death Warrants’ permitting trophy hunters to bring home ‘trophies’ of endangered RHINOS they’ve shot in Africa. They include import permits for critically endangered Black rhinoceroses.

A new report from the Campaign to Ban Trophy Hunting reveals the shocking scale of the rhino hunting industry, and exposes the identities of the world’s top rhino hunters and the companies that are making a killing selling these vulnerable animals to be shot for ‘sport’ and souvenirs.

It also lifts the lid on how wildlife traffickers are using a loophole in CITES rules in order to acquire rhino horns for Chinese ‘medicines’ by posing as trophy hunters.

The Campaign to Ban Trophy Hunting report follows the publication of a new study by WWF which finds that African wildlife populations have crashed by 80% since the 1970s.
